Apply at your real skill level
Choose one or more trades and describe the construction work you personally performed. Do not list a crew's work as your own. “Helper” and “still learning” are valid answers.
We verify experience because construction requires honesty, safety, and real hands-on ability. Skilled applicants should be ready to explain and demonstrate the work they claim. Semi-skilled applicants are welcome also.

If your background fits a current need, we may call to discuss availability, transportation, expected pay, jobsite experience, tools, and trade-specific questions.
We review your work history and ask for clear examples. A useful answer explains what you did, what materials and tools you used, who supervised the work, and how recently you did it.
Some applicants may be invited to a paid half-day or one-day skills evaluation. This is not unpaid labor. It gives both sides a practical way to confirm skill, pace, safety, reliability, and job fit.
A final offer is based on the work available and the ability you demonstrate, along with reliability, safe habits, and the role you can perform successfully.
Incorrect skill claims can slow a crew, damage work, and create serious safety risks. Verification protects applicants, coworkers, projects, and customers. It also gives good workers a fair chance to prove their value.
Be direct. Be specific. Ask when you do not know. Those are good construction habits.
Helpers, entry-level applicants, and experienced workers are welcome. Be honest about what you have done and we will look for the right fit.
